First the bad news: when I opened the compact, the capsule with the cream almost fell out. It appears the adhesive had worn loose. However, the good news is that Iman's Second to None Cover Cream, the latest in the model's line of cosmetics, is one of the best that I've ever tried. I loved that the cream was easy to apply. I like makeup and how I look in it, but loathe the application process--as it's usually the last obstacle in my race to get out of the door on time. Iman's Second to None Cover Cream went on fast and I used my fingers; in fact, you're encouraged to use your fingers with this one! While it's meant to be a concealer, to be used to cover dark under-eye circles, blemishes and skin tone imperfections, I wore the cover cream as foundation. There's no need to apply an extra layer of makeup. The result was a smooth, even, matte finish which lasted all day (without any oily buildup). Iman's cosmetics are for women of all colors. Her line of face powders and creams are available in sand, clay and earth which are light, medium and dark, respectively. I used medium earth and it was a near perfect match to my skin tone. In sum, I highly recommend this product. Pros: It's easy to use, not oily, enriched with minerals and is sufficient on it's own--there's no need to use a foundation with this concealer. Con: Does not travel well. The item is new and is not yet available for purchase, but check out the full range of Iman cosmetics here.

Hmmm, you know, I haven't tried Iman Second to None Cover Cream on its own yet...I recently used it underneath my Maybelline Dream Matte Liquid foundation and I liked how it looked...I think I'll try it this way!
